Totally worth the upgrade! I’m new to meditation and have tried a few free versions to see what resonated. This is it! I tried the 21 day challenge, I quickly upgraded and WOW! There are so many resources that are absolutely worth full price. Short daily practices, 10 minute meditations and longer coaching and talks to take on your daily walk or commute.
