Today we're talking about the missing piece. In your manifestation practice, one of the very thing that you're trying to attract is actually secretly blocked by your own energy. The goal of this episode is simple. I'm going to give you my proven five minute EFT tapping secret to dissolve those hidden blocks so you can manifest anything that you desire faster than you ever thought possible.

The common belief in the spiritual community, and honestly even for me for so many years. Manifestation was all about more, more effort and more visualizing and more positive thinking, and we think that if we just try harder and we just force the energy, then we'll finally break through. We'll finally start to attract what we want.

But here's the uncomfortable truth. That approach often leads us to burnout. It leads us to frustration. It leads us to the exact opposite of what we're trying to attract in our life. And here's [00:03:00] the good news. I've guided millions of people through breakthroughs. I've written 10 spiritual self-help books, and I've spent two decades immersed in what truly, truly works.

And I'm also gonna teach you a powerful technique to anchor your desires into the energy field of attraction so that you can start to become a magnet for what you desire.

But here's the most important part. Most people tapping for manifesting. So using EFT for manifesting, tap on this idea of, I wanna manifest this thing, but what if the deepest block isn't the desire itself? A subconscious fear of not being worthy of the desire. Let's unpack that. The [00:05:00] first step is to rate your MPI, which is your most pressing issue, and so instead of the issue being, I'm not attracting this thing I think we should work with, I'm not worthy of what I want.

My guess is a lot of us out there might feel that silent sabotage or that voice inside, who am I to have this? I'm not worthy of this. I'm not good enough. Make this your own, but choose the most pressing issue that's blocking you from this manifestation. Now, I want you to just take a moment and connect with that.

Where do you feel that belief in your body and what emotions does it stir rate the intensity of that feeling on a scale of zero to 10, 10 being the highest? We rate this feeling from zero to 10 because it's something that's called the apex effect, which is. Often after someone taps for a while, you actually feel like you go from a 10 to a much lower number, and then you can sometimes even forget where you started in the beginning.

So it's really important to start the practice by taking note of where you are in this moment. And [00:06:00] now let's dive into the tapping process. As you tap, I want you to focus on the words and allow yourself to feel any emotions that come up. So you're just gonna follow what I'm saying. Tap where I tap and repeat what I say.

I don't want you to overthink this. Let's just get into it and let's work on releasing that belief of not being worthy of what you desire, or not feeling like you're good enough or not feeling like you're capable. Whatever the story and the block is, we're gonna work on it now. So here we go. We're gonna start by tapping on what's called the karate chop point.

Even though I don't feel worthy of my desires, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Repeat that after me. Even though I don't feel worthy of these desires.

My I deeply and completely. Love and [00:07:00] accept myself.

Now we start to point on the eyebrow point right here where the hair meets the bone and you just repeat after me. I don't feel worthy of my desires side of the eye, this feeling that I'm not good enough under the eye, repeat after me. It's hard to believe I deserve what I want under the nose. The feeling of unworthiness chin.

What if I'm not meant for these things? Collarbone, this fear that I'm never gonna achieve my desires under the arm, right where your bra line is. Ladies, I've got all this self-doubt, top of the head. Feel unworthy of my own desires. Eyebrow. [00:08:00] What if I am not worthy side of the eye? This feeling that I'm not good enough under the eye, I just can't kick this feeling under the nose, but I don't wanna feel unworthy.

Han repeat after me. I don't wanna feel like it's not meant for me collarbone. I wanna feel like I can achieve my desires under the arm. I really wanna release this self-doubt on top of the head. I wanna feel worthy of my desires eyebrow. What if I am worthy side of the eye? I'm open to possibilities that I deserve good things[00:09:00] under the eye. I'm gonna release the need to feel unworthy
under the nose. I'm gonna choose to embrace my worth just for today.

Chin. I'm gonna believe I'm enough just for today. Collarbone. I deserve to have my desires manifest
under the arm. I'm gonna let go of resistance to my worthiness just for today. Right now, top of the head, I am worthy of what I desire.

Eyebrow repeating after me. I choose to feel worthy. Feel that in your body [00:10:00] side of the eye, and I'm open to receiving my desires now under the eye, and I trust that I'm being guided towards my highest good. Under the nose. My desires are valid and important. Shin and I'm gonna embrace my worthiness today. Collarbone, I'm deserving of joy and abundance and fulfillment under the arm. I allow myself to have what I desire, top of the head. I am worthy. I am worthy. I am worthy.[00:11:00] 
Now, take a deep breath. Just exhale slowly.

Just notice the shifts inside. Notice any energy changing in your body. Let's return to that most pressing issue, that deep rooted belief of I'm not worthy, what I desire. I want you to check in with yourself now, and what is the number now from zero to 10? Where were you and where are you now after this quick tapping exercise, zero spiritual proof that we can actually shift the energy in minutes.

And I'm wondering if you're feeling that shift right now? And I imagine that you are, and there's this really important final piece. This is a crucial final piece. You've released what's blocking you and you've resonated with your future self, this belief that you can attract your desires. And now I want you to ensure that that new energy [00:12:00] sticks and just becomes a default energy.

So how do you make sure that you don't slip back into these old patterns like in 10 minutes from now? That's actually where my most powerful unique tip comes in. It's a daily ritual that guarantees your manifestation can accelerate and stick, and it's a daily micro integrity anchor. This idea that the biggest mistake that people make after a powerful energetic shift just like this, is failing to anchor that new energy into their daily reality.

And so we have these incredible breakthroughs like we've just experienced, and then we go back into our old habits instantly. We pick up our phone, we start comparing ourselves on social media, and that old vibration starts to creep in instantly. But this daily micro integrity anchor is my secret weapon to sustainable accelerated manifestation.

It's not about doing a full hour of tapping. It's about consistent, tiny acts of energetic integrity that start to compound over time. And so this is the post manifestation tapping [00:13:00] ritual. I want you to just choose one single tapping point. My favorite is this collarbone point right here, every single night before bed, and every morning when you wake up, I want you to gently tap on your collarbone or maybe you tap somewhere else if you have a point that you prefer.

As you tap, simply say, I choose to be an integrity with my manifested reality. I choose to be an integrity with my manifested reality. And as you tap, I want you to just simply say this affirmation, I choose to be an integrity with my manifested reality. And this isn't about reapp on the problem. It's about affirming the new higher vibration that you've created.

This is a very subtle but really powerful daily reminder to your subconscious that this is my new truth. This is what I'm aligned with. This is who I am now. I am a magnet for what I desire. We often overlook the power of these micro habits in our spiritual practice, and it's this daily micro integrity anchor that's gonna act as a continuous [00:14:00] and energetic loop, and it's gonna reinforce your new vibrational state.

And it's like this gentle steering of the ship. We just start to gently steer the ship, ensuring that we're staying on course, ensuring that we're staying towards our desires and going towards the destination of what we genuinely want to attract. And this constant, consistent action starts to prevent us from that energetic leakage.

It'll help us build momentum, and it's sending a message to the universe, Hey, I'm serious about this. I am ready to receive. And this is what creates consistent and undeniable results. Making manifestation an effortless dance, not the strenuous fight. So you just experienced a completely new way to approach manifestation with EFT tapping.

And together we identified a hidden block and tapped through the feelings of unworthiness and shifted into a new vibration of worthiness and openness. And true manifestation is not about forcing or pushing. It's actually about clearing what's in the way and allowing yourself to just be in that receptive energy of knowing. I want you to remember that the universe always has your back whenever you choose to realign with the energy of the universe, whenever you're releasing that stagnant energy that's blocking you, you're always creating more momentum behind your desires.

Now that you've tapped on those feelings of unworthiness and just started to create some energetic relief, I wanna take you deeper into those old beliefs so that you can really witness that judgment towards yourself and others. The next clip is from a talk that I gave about my book Judgment Detox, and it's gonna help you see how releasing judgment starts to open up that same channel.

We just cleared with tapping. My best friend called me and she says to me. Oh my God, you're not gonna believe this. I'm in my yoga class and my yoga teacher is talking about you on the stage and it wasn't nice. And she was talking about your teaching style and she was kind of putting you down a lot. And immediately this puts me into this place of shame and inadequacy.

And I start feeling as though I'm not good enough and I'm not smart enough, and who is this yoga teacher that's talking about me? And I don't [00:22:00] wanna feel that pain. I don't wanna feel that discomfort and those feelings of insecurity. So instantly I start saying, well, what kind of spiritual teacher would judge another spiritual teacher?

And I start going off about it. I'm just this, what about a spiritual teacher judging another spiritual teacher? And then I realized in that moment, oh my God, I'm a spiritual teacher judging another spiritual teacher. So I start judging myself for judging a spiritual teacher. And I don't wanna feel that guilt of judging myself.

So immediately I'm like, oh, you know what? I'm just gonna judge my friend for telling me this in the first place. How dare she tell me this information? I don't need to know this. And then I realize, oh my God, I'm so rude. I can't believe I'm doing this. I'm judging my best friend. I'm judging a yoga teacher.

And in a week from now I have a book coming out called Judgment Detox. So this is what I call the judgment cycle. This is the judgment cycle We're triggered, our wounds are triggered. A place within us is triggered to feel inadequate and not good enough. We're not smart enough or [00:23:00] fearful, and we feel that sense of insecurity and that trigger and that wound, and we do not wanna go there.

So we will do anything we can to anesthetize that pain. And the first line of attack is to judge someone else to project out what we don't wanna feel within. It's the quickest and safest way not to feel that. And then when we do that, we unconsciously feel a sense of guilt because the truth of who we are is not a judgmental being.

The truth of who we are is oneness, is kindness, is compassion, is love. And so in that place of judgment, we feel a sense of inadequacy because we know that's not who we are. And then we begin to judge ourselves because we've been judging and we don't wanna feel that kind of pain. So then we project it out again, and then we put it back on ourselves, then we project it out again, and we put it back on ourselves.

And then we're watching CNN, and we're judging everybody. And you know what that's like. So ultimately this judgment cycle I have found is a very addictive pattern. Like any addiction, like picking up a drink or a drug or, or work addiction or sex addiction. We use [00:24:00] judgment to avoid feeling our deep rooted wounds and we project out what we don't wanna feel.

And like any addiction, we can't heal it until we become willing to heal it. So when we practice these principles, we release resistance. And in the absence of that resistance, we can allow good, orderly direction to move through us. We can allow our faith to strengthen. We can allow ourselves to be in a place that's receptive and out of stress and at peace so that we can heal, so that we can allow.

The first journey that we have to go on to begin this healing process is to witness our judgment. Without judgment. We have to witness that. Our attack creates more. Attack. Our attack perpetuates the problem. It doesn't offer solutions. It doesn't heal the issue. We have to witness our judgment without judgment, and we have to really honor that.

It is a behavior that we are contributing to the world [00:25:00] and polluting the world around us. And it's creating negativity and it's creating more judgment, and it becomes a repetition of this behavior and it becomes a ripple effect. And we have to start to take ownership of that. And the first step is simply just to witness it, because we can't change any pattern unless we are willing to see that it's an issue.

Like any addiction, we cannot change it unless we're willing to see that there is a problem and we become willing to change and find a solution. So witnessing our judgment without judgment is one of the most important practices because we cannot begin the journey unless we have the awareness of the problem.

You cannot change unless you're willing to look at your craft. You got that. You cannot change unless you're willing to look at it, unless you're willing to admit it and allow yourself to be present with it. When I was a few months into writing this book, I had to go and do a retreat and so I was going off to do this retreat and it was a, a different situation I'd never been in before where it [00:26:00] was only a 40 person retreat.

It was like media and influencers, and I was a teacher, but I was also a participant. It wasn't something I'd ever really done it, so it was a dynamic that I wasn't accustomed to. And there was like no boundaries. There was no like teacher, and I'm gonna go and take a nap now. It was like, we're all hanging out.

We were at the pool together. We'd have dinner together, then I'd be teaching in class in the morning, and then we'd be hanging out in the afternoon. So it was just this real fluid experience and there was amazing people in this group and I made some incredible friends. There was one woman in the group who.

I just thought was amazing. She was beautiful and she was smart, and she was witty and she was just fun and everybody loved her and I wanted to love her, but there was something that was up for me and I kept thinking, man, she's such a flirt. Like, she's just such a flirt. She's just flirting with everybody.

She's like flirting with the girls and she's flirting with the guys and she's just such a [00:27:00] flirt and she's just so confidently flirting with everybody. And it was like, you know, I just kept thinking it and thinking it, and thinking. And this is the thing guys,  if I think something long enough, eventually it's gonna come outta my mouth.

So. So we're at dinner. And she's sitting there at dinner and she's surrounded by all these people and she's sitting and she's like leaning in with this guy and they're having this very deep conversation. And I look over and I glance and I see the, like the deepness of this millennial conversation. I'm like, oh my God. Total judgment. 

No offense. Millennials. And I look over at her and I'm just like, oh my God, you're such a flirt. And her face dropped and she just looked at me with such terror and just such upset and I thought, oh no, I went too [00:28:00] far. But instantly I was like, I'm totally kidding. I'm like, I'm just kidding.

Like, get over it. It's such a joke. I'm totally kidding. Relax, relax. Fine. And I just kept blowing it off and blowing it off and I like told my husband about it. He is like, I was like, I was just kidding. It wasn't really a big deal, you know? And I went to sleep that night and I woke up in the morning and I felt these pangs of anxiety, just so much anxiety and just guilt.

Guilt. I was, oh, I screwed up. I really screwed up. So I texted the girl and I said, listen, why don't we meet for breakfast? She writes back, good idea. You know how much I talk about energy and when we feel so confident, we show up differently in every single area of our life. And for me, part of that confidence is feeling good about how I look. So we're sitting at breakfast and my husband's with us and I'm kind of like defending myself and I'm like, it really wasn't a big deal. Like just, it's okay. It's okay. And Zach texts me front of the table and he goes, defending yourself isn't an apology. So ultimately what happened was he gets up, Zach gets up and he leaves and he takes a phone call.

And this was, now I'm left with her alone in this ice storm and I was freaking out. And I'm looking at her and I just have nothing to say because I've just totally talked myself into a hole and I say a prayer, I need a miracle Here. She speaks first. She said, you know, Gabby, what you said last night really triggered me. It wounded me,  hurt me because I need to explain to you that lately I've been dealing with some, some traumatic memories from my childhood where I was inappropriately. Treated by [00:34:00] men, and I am very uncomfortable about being seen that way and you speaking to me like that  really hit home for me. This was the miracle.

So I looked back at her and I said, me too. At the exact same time in my life, I was recalling 
my own memories of disturbing experiences from my childhood, and I could in that moment realize. That what was triggering me, her, her sexuality, her comfort, her confidence was all that I wanted to be able to own in myself.

And my remarks to her were triggering her fear of being seen like that. And in that moment, I recognized myself in her. I could see that my wounds were her wounds. I could see that my recovery was her recovery. So we stood there, holding each other and hugging in this very busy dining hall, just hugging and crying and [00:35:00] honoring each other's wounds, honoring each other for all that we'd been through, honoring each other for what we were healing, honoring each other for the moment that we had.

In that moment, the judgment dissolved and the wound was healed. The wound between us, the bond was back and the judgment was dissolved. 

The moment that you honor your wounds and you give voice to your shame, judgment disappears. Because when you give voice to your shame, there's nothing else to judge. 

So I had a very profound experience in that moment, and it gave me this knowing that the next step in healing our judgment was to honor the wounds, honoring the wounds.

You might be thinking, well, I don't wanna go there. No, thank you. That doesn't sound fun. And that's why we've been judging. We've been judging because we don't wanna feel those wounds because ultimately, how can I teach you how to heal this epidemic, this addictive pattern? If we're not gonna go underneath [00:36:00] it, we can say all the affirmations and prayers, but the prayers lead us to the healing.

The prayers help bridge our thoughts from fear back to love, so that we have the awareness and the willingness to allow a presence beyond our own, to guide us to the teachers and the healers and the books that we need, so that we can truly heal the wounds that live beneath the triggered, judgmental attacks that we show up to every single day.

And the only way to truly heal is to honor those wounds. So what I put in this chapter was a practice called emotional freedom technique, which I've been teaching for years, otherwise known as tapping. And in this practice, you tap on these different energy meridians while you're talking about an emotional disturbance.

And so when you talk about the emotional trigger, or the judgment or the feeling of being judged or the shame that you've been projecting, when you talk about these issues and you tap on them, you have this opportunity to heal the energetic disturbance that lives beneath them. And so this had to be a very [00:37:00] important part of the book because in order to take the next steps forward, in order to begin to shift our thinking and change our perception and pray and allow a better perspective to come through, we had to do some cleanup.

We had to look at our judgment and witness it without judgment. We had to honor the wounds and use this beautiful practice at EFT, which truly you don't have to remember or recall or relive. You can simply just be in the moment of what that judgmental experience is in that moment, and you could heal a trauma from your past.

So in this chapter, I've got three scripts, a script for judgment, feeling, judged, and shame. So with this practice of honoring our wounds beautifully guides us into this next step, which is the step of allowing ourselves to shift our perception, to bring our shadows to the light. And to change the way we look at things by putting love on the altar.

In my career, I have a lot of [00:38:00] opportunities, which thank you, God, I'm so grateful for. And I know that when we live in our gifts, we get given more and more, but sometimes with those opportunities I have to make decisions quite quickly. And sometimes I can make decisions very hastily. There was one decision I had to make that was going to be a very big financial decision.

It was gonna take up a lot of my time, mental space. It was gonna, uh, require a lot from me for several years. It was gonna stop me from doing other projects, and so it was a big, big decision and I was asked to make this decision in a very rushed way. And it was right around the time that I was in the middle of something else that was going on with my life that was very big.

And so I was feeling very pushed and pressured to make this decision and putting that pressure on myself as well. So I made this decision very quickly, and the next morning after completely agreeing to the terms, I woke up and thought, oh no. I made the wrong choice. I shouldn't have made this decision. I shouldn't have done this.

And instead of really acknowledging that it was myself, that I was [00:39:00] deeply upset with, that it was myself that I was so judgmental towards, I wasn't gonna feel that I wasn't gonna go there. And so I spent six months judging everybody else. I was judging the people who made the deal. I was judging my husband for letting me make the deal.

I was judging the people who signed the deal. I was judging my therapist for not co-signing my bullshit. Every time I went in there talking to her about it, I was judging everyone, and it was going on and on and on. My friends were so sick of it, my husband was like, get over it. Just get over it. And I just kept judging it and judging it was keeping me up at night.

It was making me crazy and it would not go away, and it was out of my control. Anybody try to judge things that are completely outta your control. Everybody, please get your hand up now. Amazing. 

So here I was and I'm judging the situation and it is driving me crazy. And then I was giving a talk in Vancouver and I had this evening where I was trying to get to sleep because I had a 6:00 AM wake up call to go teach, and I kept thinking about this drama and [00:40:00] replaying this story and just obsessing over the stupidity of it and just going nuts over it and the traumas and the stories.

How could I have done it differently? Meanwhile, this was six months into the issue having already happened. So I'm in it and I'm in it, and I'm in it. And I just realized in that moment, I need a miracle again. I'm gonna say a prayer again. So I said, spirit, please help me. I need relief from this drama. I can't go on like this.

And then I heard my inner guide say, turn on the tv. And I was like, wow. Wow. Okay. I don't really watch tv, but okay. So I turned on the television and there was the televangelist, Joel Osteen. And Joel was preaching in front of this audience of thousands of people, this huge auditorium, and he was just doing his thing and he was all lit up and he was saying things that were amazing.

And he says, on this beautiful screen, he says, do you ever found Joel sell, focusing on things that just do not serve you? [00:41:00] And I'm like, yes, Joel. Yes. And he goes on and he says. Do you find 
yourself seeing yourself putting that stuff out there on the altar that is your life and it is creating things that you do not wanna see?

Yes. Joel. That is my story, Joel, and he continues on and he says, and do you ever feel like what would happen if you put love on the altar instead? Took a deep breath. I realized in that moment I was hearing exactly what I needed to hear. I had been putting judgment on the altar, that is my life, and that judgment was creating the dramas that I was experiencing and the sleepless nights and the experiences of not being able to get through the day because I was continuously projecting a story I did not wanna see.

And all I had to do was put love on the altar. Instead, this [00:42:00] became the next chapter in the book. Came through me so easily because it was exactly what I needed for myself. Put love on the altar through prayer. Let prayer be the medium of miracles. Let prayer be the conduit through which you take your wrong minded thoughts and be the bridge to guide you back to your right-minded thinking.

A prayer doesn't dissolve the problem. A prayer offers up a solution. A prayer creates an opportunity for us to step back and get our ego out of the way, and let the voice of our right mind, the voice of our higher self, begin to speak through us and show us, and guide us and lead us to exactly what it is that we need to heal.

And those prayers are what heal us. So this became the chapter of prayer. I put several different prayers of my own. I love to write prayer and offer prayer. Then I shared some beautiful prayers that have been very instrumental in my own life. One of them that I'd like to read to you now, [00:43:00] 

I've been in sober recovery for 12 years, and early in my recovery I found this prayer, the big book of Alcoholics Anonymous.

This is the Acceptance Prayer. Yeah. Let's have a round applause for the acceptance prayer. Seriously, it is that it has saved many of our lives. Acceptance is the answer to all my problems today. When I'm disturbed, it's because I find some person, place, thing or situation, some fact of my life unacceptable to me, and I can find no serenity until I accept that person, place, thing, or situation as being exactly the way it was supposed to be.

At this moment, this is the acceptance prayer. This is one of my favorite prayers in the entire book. 
Even though it's not mine, but it's one of the my favorite prayers that exists, and it allows me, and it reminds me, even today when I woke up obsessing about something I couldn't control. So even though I write these books, I desperately need them.

And so I want you to [00:44:00] know that so you don't feel separate in this experience. We're in it together. We are in it together. Every day is step one for me. Every moment is step one for me, and I gotta begin again and again. 

Today we cleared the energy of unworthiness with tapping, and we explored how judgment can block our beliefs, and we practiced surrender and forgiveness.
