  • Designed with love and created by hand, the Jennifer Meyer Collection is fine jewelry born and raised in Los Angeles. Founded on the idea that jewelry could be more than an accessory, each design is intended to become a seamless extension of those wearing it — a symbol of luck, celebration and love—a way to reflect on the important milestones in one’s life. When Jen started her eponymous brand over a decade ago, it was the realization of a dream. After working in Communications for visionaries such as Ralph Lauren and Giorgio Armani, the time finally came to share her own creative vision and unique story in 2005. Jen’s love of jewelry was first realized at the age of six as she learned to work with enamel alongside her grandmother, Californian artist, Edith Meyer. Beginning with simple shapes crafted in the best materials, the designs mirror Jen’s philosophy on life—be authentic, unique and always sparkle. More than a business endeavor, the brand is a way for Jen to not only reconnect to her roots, but also pay homage to those who inspired her along the way.

I love you. I love you. So I was talking to my beautiful soul sister. You guys know her. You know her as this divine jewelry creator. And you know her as this beautiful bright spirit on the internet. You know, just on your Instagram and just coming through your brand. I know you as this other side of you that were, that I'm developing for you.

I was talking to you and I said, you're like Deepa Ma and there's this book called Deepa Ma and it was about this Buddhist woman who was like a household saint and she'd have all these different People coming in and meditating and talking with her and they'd sit at her feet and she was just a household woman.

They'd come in and they'd sit at her feet and she'd give them wisdom. And last night you threw a party for me at your house. It was the most [00:04:00] epic thing ever. And every single friend in that room, 40 women said, Jen's my therapist, Jen's my therapist, Jen's who I go to, Jen's my girl. And so I'm realizing you're Deepa Bha.

Oh, well, I mean, I'll take it. I'm yet to have anybody sit at my feet, but anyone's welcome. I will sit at your feet. I actually don't agree. I think people are like sitting in your, sitting in your sofa. Yes. They're sitting. There's a lot of sitting on my sofa. A lot of sitting on your sofa. sure. Yeah. And it's this like constant of, uh, I should have been a therapist.

I should, everyone tells me I should have been a therapist. So you have that energy and that spirit and you're, I think you're my best student. I love you. I got a lot of students out there, but like you're my best. And so I want to start there. What was it within you that said, I'm Okay, I've got this great life.

I've got this beautifully successful business. I have these amazing children. I have a best friend, ex husband. I have this beautiful boyfriend, this great life, but I actually want more. And what was it within you that was like, I am ready to open up [00:05:00] to manifesting and the spiritual principles that Gabby's talking about?

Like, what was that spark in you? I mean, I've told the story before of how we met, which was very, I feel like I manifested you. And then you were like, no, no, I feel like I manifested you. I was having, I don't need to go through the whole thing again. I was having an awful day. I was going through it. It was a time and I was sitting in my car and I had a, A few minutes free and I was looking on Instagram and you popped up and you were doing this amazing thing with Oprah and I was like, who's this cool woman?

And I was looking at your stuff and then I went to your Instagram and I saw you followed me. I was like, Whoa, she follows me. I thought like this woman must be like living on an ashram in India. You're so like evolved and incredible and yeah, so much, but, but you're accessible I followed you back and I dm'd you, which I never do.

And I just. I mean, I said we could go back to the first DM. I have no idea. I probably said something like, Hey, came [00:06:00] across your Instagram, going through it, this was really inspiring. You happen to say, wow, I'm going to be in LA next week. Should we have lunch? We had lunch and it was one of those lunches where we were telling each other our deepest, darkest secrets within 20 minutes and which, you know, to this day, we still keep those secrets.

Locked in a lock box in our hearts for each other. And we just bonded in one minute. And I always say that there's so many beautiful things about you. I mean, there are so many beautiful things about you inside and out. But one thing that you are, that is so special is your non judgment. And how you look at every situation for what it is and don't judge anybody for what they're going through, what they feel, what they're experiencing.

And you gave me this sense of safety and you're amazing. And I love you. And for me, where you say [00:07:00] like this path of manifesting or this path of, you know, really cultivating that good energy, whatever, whatever that path is for any of us, I, I do feel like. No matter how amazing people's lives look, no matter what you look at someone and you're like, what did they have to complain about?

They have it all. We all are going through something and. I think that I've looked at my life and yes, I have this beautiful life. I really do, but I still hurt. Yeah. And I still have anxiety attacks and I still have things that are really tough for me. And so then I have these moments of like, Who am I to ask for more?

Who am I to want to manifest more for my life? What more am I supposed to even ask for? And then you come to the thing, you're just like, listen, the more I'm able to be open to receiving, the more I'm able to give. That's right. And. Everything that has happened in my life that I look at all the [00:08:00] important things that have happened in my life.

I've always wanted. I've always known they were going to happen. I've always, you know, for lack of a better word manifested that. Yes. Right. And And funny enough, the things that have hurt me the most, I've always manifested those too. That's right. Yeah. And I try and remind myself, like, I have a choice. I have a choice of the good things I'm thinking.

And there's that great quote of like, what if everything goes wrong? Well, what if everything goes right? Right. You know, and I try and say that to my kids and my friends and we all have this narrative in our head of like, Thinking things aren't going to work out the way they should or the way we want them to work out.

Well, the more you think of ways things can't work, they're not going to work. More things don't work. Yeah. So I try and really, in my day, think of all the ways things can work. Yes, you do. And I'm not great at it all the time, but. What you're saying is really big. I think this is actually such a huge topic.

We don't talk about enough on the [00:09:00] show. the idea that I have a lot of good stuff going on. I have a lot of privileges in my life. I have a lot of successes in my, whatever it is, whether it's somebody that's just like, I've got a great family. I've got this, who am I to ask for more? And we talked about this last night and I said, who are you not to?

Because those of us who have the privilege of listening to this podcast right now means you have an iPhone or it means you have a computer. It means you have the internet. It means that you're living in a way that is some abundance coming through for you, whatever form that is. And we have to be willing to ask for more.

We have to be willing to receive more because the more grace and joy we have in our own lives, the more we can be of service to others. And we have to claim that. And I really appreciate that lane, choosing that lane. And the other bit I think that's absolutely phenomenal that's coming through you is that your, It's your choice to say what can work, your choice to show up every day and [00:10:00] say, well, what is thriving?

Yeah. And it's easy because there's a lot of people out there that have a lot of great things going on in their life and they're f ing miserable. Totally. And you know, I was actually just having this conversation with my teenage daughter, Ruby. She's not a teenager. She's 70 year old woman. I know. She takes me so much.

It's amazing. We have to have her on the show. Great. She would love it. And. Appreciate it. You know, we always tend to, we have all these amazing things going on, and then one thing will go sh ty, or one person will hurt your feelings, or one friend doesn't show up the way you want them to, or we don't get that one job, or one little thing, and all of a sudden, Everything is dependent on that moment, right?

You can't think. And I kept on being like, listen, we got to remember all the good things we have in life, every little thing that that's happening rather than this one thing is like stopping me in my tracks. This one thing is stopping my day. Cause. I'm guilty of it too, but I really try and like change my perspective because I hate [00:11:00] feeling sh ty and my feeling sh ty will turn into an anxiety attack.

It will turn into a panic attack. I have experienced that. I have suffered from it. So I know, okay, I better get my sh together or else I'm really screwed.

My friends, I think it's fair to say that getting older and aging is not It's not that fun, but it's something that happens to all of us. And I know for myself, recently turning 45 in the fall, this has become a big topic for me. And when I heard about today's sponsor, I really freaked out because I'd been reading about them.

And it is Qualia. This is a brand that I was so pumped came on to support this show because I want to support them. They have done extensive research on aging and longevity, including clinical studies that show senolytic supplementation can play a huge role in enhancing how we age. And for me, I go where the research is.

So let me explain to you. You see, when we [00:12:00] age, we accumulate what are called. Senescent cells. And senescent cells are what cause the symptoms of aging. Aches, pain, slow workout, recoveries, sluggish mental and physical energy. And these cells are called zombie cells. You have to think about it like we're pruning off these dead cells and Qualia Senolytic removes those worn out sense in cells.

This is legit people. The formulation is non GMO gluten free ingredients are meant to complement one another. It's just amazing. They have a hundred day money back guarantee. So resist aging at the cellular level. Try Qualia Senolytics. Go to qualialife.com/Gabby for 50 percent off and use code Gabby at checkout for an additional 15 percent off.

That's qualialife.com/Gabby. One of the things that I have been enjoying most this week as I am [00:13:00] in London hanging out with my people is that I don't have to pack a crazy amount of stuff anymore. And one of the secrets to not having to pack a ton of things, particularly in the summertime, is the magical Hill House Home Map dress.

This dress went bonkers on the internet. It's one of the most comfortable and most flattering dresses that you will ever, ever wear. And their secret is that they have this signature smocking that just hugs you in all the right places. And once I tried it on, I was like, this is the summer go to dress.

I'm wearing it in London for dinners out, just a little dress it up. And then I'm wearing it on the beach next week in Portugal. This is the dress that you want to have for a backyard barbecue or for a really nice night out. It is so versatile and I've seen so many of my girlfriends wearing it and I was always like, What is that amazing dress?

I need it. And if I get the nap dress, girl, all these really cozy [00:14:00] bathrobes as well. And they have adult pajamas and they have tons of different dress styles for little kids, and now they have swim for kids too. So make sure my friends that you are ready for a. Fun, fashionable, and breezy summer. Get 15 percent off your order of a hundred dollars or more at hillhousehome.com with code Gabby.

If you're in the commitment to the daily focus of what is working, you're actually unwinding the negative momentum. moment to moment, right? So a lot of people out there struggle with anxiety and panic attacks, and we have the power to perpetuate that, and we also have the power to support the other way of living.

Yeah. And so this practice of saying, well, what could go right today? Yeah. It's actually like cognitive behavioral therapy. It's like if you're a catastrophizer, right? You could say to [00:15:00] yourself, well, what's the worst case scenario? What's the best case scenario and what's the most likely case scenario? And when we ask ourselves those questions, we can actually talk our way out and lean back into like, Oh, this is the most likely thing that's going to happen.

And it sounds like you're kind of like consciously you are like the therapist that doesn't realize she's a therapist and you're doing it for yourself. On your own. Yeah. By saying, well, what could go right today? Yeah. When I was pregnant, up until I got pregnant, I was having constant panic attacks years and years ago.

And then I got pregnant and I had four panic attacks in my pregnancy. Yeah. And by the fourth one, which was like a disaster, like, you know, if I didn't know it was a panic attack, I would have been in the hospital on a heart monitor thinking I'm having a heart attack and dying. And at that fourth one, something came over me where I was like, okay.

I'm about to be a mother. I am carrying a child. I don't have the time and the space in my life to have a panic attack. I gotta get my s together. I really do. [00:16:00] And I went through all the motions of the panic attack and I remember looking in the mirror being like, This is your last one. You have control.

This is your last one. And it really shifted something for me because we're all in control of our bodies. We are all in control of our minds and listen, our minds can play tricks on us. Our minds can, you know, you'd be like, I have a feeling, I'm telling you, I know this is a hundred percent. I do it, you know, but really if we reel it back in and we're like, hold on a second, let me, like you said, what, what's going right here, what are the most likely scenarios that's really going on?

And how can I sort of. Get it together. That's exactly right. And I think that you said something very powerful and this goes for all of us. Maybe the exception would be people having a biochemical condition. Of course. And even in the case of where you were when you're pregnant, you were having in some cases biochemical stuff because that's real.

And I, I very familiar with that, [00:17:00] but in the cases where it may not be a diagnosed anxiety disorder or if it even is, but slightly the thoughts we think. Give momentum to whatever it is that we're feeling. Yeah. And so if we have, if we have those moments of pause and saying, I can choose peace instead of this, I can focus on what's thriving, I can change my mind about my world today, it's kind of like a real, you know, F you to say that to somebody who is having, you know, some kind of anxiety disorder or a mental disorder, but it isn't, it is in our day to day lives.

Yeah. Very true. And again, like If you have a disorder, if you have something in you that is, that really needs to be worked on, I mean, the other thing I will say with that is, I have now gotten into a phase in my life. Where I am very big on asking people's advice and asking for help. Good for you. And really not fearing what other [00:18:00] people will say about me or be like, Huh, wow, Jen's really in a bad place.

She's asking me for a therapist or Jen's really in a bad place. She's asking for black. I don't give a f k. Mm hmm. Like, if I'm going through it, then I'm going through it. And without, without saying anything. too much, but one of my Children was having a really hard time last year and they said to me, I have a boy and a girl, so I'm trying not to say here and just to protect them.

This is beautiful because people need to hear that. And one of them said to me, You are telling everybody, why are you telling everybody? And I said, honey, cause I need help. I don't know how to help you. And I know I can, I know we can get help for this, but I don't know how to help you. So I'm going to ask the people that are my friends that I trust for the help that I need.

And the only way I can ask for help is to let them know what's going on. You cannot be ashamed. [00:19:00] Be proud of who you are and be proud that you're looking for help for something that is causing something, causing a really hard time. I mean, we went through a really bad year, and I started talking to everybody.

And you know what? An amazing woman said to me, who I knew, well, But I had no idea that her family had gone through what we were going through. And she said, Oh my God, you need to call so and so this person is amazing and we'll help you with everything. I said, okay. I was at like the end of my rope. I didn't know what to do.

This woman came into our lives and my child is Literally 99. 9 percent better. And it changed our entire family's life only because I was willing to express what we were going through. I wasn't scared of the judgment and I wasn't worried that people were going to talk shit because we all know. Every family goes through stuff, everybody who has children goes through stuff, every friendship goes through stuff, we all need [00:20:00] help, like, none of us are capable of doing things on our own.

We need a community around us. Community, community, community. So beautiful that we, if we don't exercise the ask, then we miss the miracle. Oh, I love that. It's true. Also, by asking. It's, it's a prayer. It's a silent prayer or a loud prayer. It's saying, I, by asking someone for help, it's saying, universe, I need, I need support.

And I believe that, that God works through people. So when we need help, it will come through in that friend that tells you to call that friend or the Instagram algorithm that shows you the Gabby on the Oprah, on the Oprah Super Soul sessions or whatever. You need it in that moment. You need it. What you need, it will come through.

The books will fall off the shelf. But, but it doesn't happen unless you have that willingness and that openness to request. God bless you. Right. The humility, which is the manifest. That's right. You know, being able to manifest these things that you need and these things that you want and like [00:21:00] things that'll make you happy.

I don't care if you're manifesting, you know, the right healer for whatever you're going through, or you're manifesting a new house. That's up to you. That's right. Manifest what you want. You know? To manifest how you want to feel. Yes. Yes. Like. That actually brings me to our ritual. Oh yes. Oh my god. This is amazing.

This is so good. Alright, I'm ripping off my shirt to show you my ritual. Okay, so, I've been channeling this message for Jen for over a year. This is true. It is so true. And it is this message that there is this piece of jewelry. You've been creating 20, like how many years, like almost 17, you've been working the same time as I have.

Yeah. In this, in your, on these specific fields. And so for 17 years, you've been creating beautiful, meaningful pieces like the, like your good luck charm and the wishbone, which is like, that's, that's my, I'm going to, Go to that. I'm going to your store this week. Go get that wishbone. And that wishbone and these just meaningful I know someone who can help you.

I think I [00:22:00] know someone. I gotta hook up here. So there's these beautiful, meaningful pieces that you've put your energy and infused your intention into. And now there's this thing, and I've been hearing it for a year, and I was like, there's something coming. It's going to have some kind of ritualistic connection.

I kind of saw it psychically as like, you know, a Kabbalah bracelet, but not that, of course, but from the standpoint of like, you put it on, you say a prayer, it sets an intention, you don't take it off. And You're throwing this party for me. You were on the phone. We're just chatting. And you're like, I'm going to give everybody this new necklace that I've created.

And it's a necklace that says manifest. And Jen, you've got to be f ing kidding me. This is exactly what I've been talking about and it was so loud and so clear. I was like, let's, let's put some energy behind this and create a ritual with it. And so you were like, got it. Good. Let's go. You put together this beautiful little card.

Yeah, it goes inside the box and we all did it last night for the first time. Yeah. And so you put your manifest necklace on your neck. I'm wearing mine right now. You're wearing yours. [00:23:00] And are you kidding? It's not coming off. I'm not taking it off. It's my new, it's, I'm not, it's never coming off. I'm never, ever taking it off.

And if it falls off, I'm going to get another one. It is not coming off because the purpose here now is you put that manifest necklace on your neck. You place your hand on your heart. You close your eyes every single day. And you say, I am ready to be I'm ready to receive whatever it is that you want to manifest into your life You put it out to the universe and then you surrender it you feel into it and you expect miracles Exactly, and it was amazing because when you had said it to me a year ago, I think I was like, okay I don't even know What that is or what it would be but I was open Right and and then created this piece and you're like, wait a minute.

That's it We created it. You told me what to say on that card. We wrote the card together. We gave people are like freaking out about it, which is so sweet because I think it's giving. It really does give you that moment to remind yourself like it's okay. It's okay to like manifest what you [00:24:00] want. A lot of the girls last night said like a manifesting abundance, right?

Whatever that is in your life, you whatever else you want, it's whatever feelings they wanted. There's something interesting that you just said that with your willingness and your openness, when you're a person that's willing to be vulnerable with the people you trust in your life, when you're that person who's willing to be open and honest and tell people really what's going on with you, which I do with you and have done with you, then you have to really trust that those friends or those people really do care about you and really do have.

your best interest at heart. And when you sort of give that over, which I gave over to you and then through you, I manifested the manifest necklace. However, I did subconsciously. It's like when you say all these people are like, Oh, Jen's my best friend or they're sitting on my couch or they're getting advice or I'm talking to them all day.

It's like [00:25:00] I'm very big on it. I'm very big on keeping people's secrets and being a good friend and giving as best advice as I can. Right? Without being judgmental. Cause we've all done stupid sh So if you're out there being judgmental of people. And how people are living their lives or what people are doing.

Obviously, there's some people out there that we can judge, right? That you really make. Well, really, if you're out there, we pray for that. We pray for those people. Yes. Way better. So there's people out there that we want to pray for because they don't make the best decisions in life or, you know, there's, there's things in their head that causes things that whatever, but when you're really.

listening to people. We've all done stuff in our lives. We're not proud of, right? We all have, or not been like the optimal human that we would like to be. So who are we to judge how anybody else is being? All you can do is offer honest advice, keep their [00:26:00] secrets, love people, and And hope that they keep coming back to you for guidance and love.

When you create something that's artistic, and I learned this one early on with my books, this medium friend of my mentor said to me that the energy and the intention that you put into each book comes through the pages of every reprint of the book. And so what's so nice about this necklace and this intention that you've set for it to be this daily ritual, somebody looks in the mirror, you can't get away from it.

You're looking in the mirror. It's [00:30:00] right there on your neck to be a reflective point where you remember, okay, I got to go look and turn inward and just give myself that, that, that moment of manifestation. But the other piece of it is that this energy we've been talking, the Jen Meyer sunshine energy is in every remake of this piece.

That's so sweet. So that vibration is coming through every single time it's reproduced, every single time it's reproduced. And it's the intention, it's the love, it's the best friend, it's like you can now put this on and you can feel like your best friend gave it to you. And you can feel like I'm in such good hands here and the universe has my back.

Well, every piece that I do design has intention behind it, but I will also say that for anybody out there. When you're wishing other people well, yep. You will just receive more abundance where, however you will. And I, you know, my favorite thing that you talk about is driftwood. [00:31:00] And I don't know if everybody here knows about driftwood, but I love that concept of, instead of like, why does she have what I want?

Why her not me? It's more about look at what she has. That's amazing. I can't wait to have that. That's right. That's gonna be so amazing. And it really does shift things. And the more you have that and the more you can really train your brain to feel those things because we all have those moments in life of like, Yeah, they get that and it's really hard for us not to compare ourselves to people and especially with Instagram right now and looking on the internet.

We talked about this this morning. Yep. You know, it's really hard to be like, wait, how did they get that deal? Why do they have that person wearing this? What? I don't understand. Why are they? I did this first and now they're selling it. I'm confused. We can really go into that place, right? Of like, I've been doing this longer.

They have more followers, this, that, next thing. And we will spin ourselves out. How does this one have this? But it's just, [00:32:00] if you take a moment and we just really appreciate everything that you or I or the Your followers have cultivated themselves, you know, you really realize, okay, if I can have all of this, I want everybody around me to have all of this too.

Yeah. And the other thing for you, it's also the reframe here is if people are knocking off your, you know, it's good. What did they say? Like to copy someone is the best form of flattery or something. And you know, I've got lots of friends in the space. jewelry space. And they're like, I'm the Jen Meyer of this region.

I'm the Jen Meyer of that, you know, I'll take it. And it's beautiful because you've paved the way. And I think that the other piece of that is that there's all kinds of people out in the world doing different things, but what is the energetic imprint that you as a human put into that? So I'm telling you right now, people, this manifest, we've put a lot of energy into this is so super charged.

And it's like, It's psychically, I know it's like blowing up and you're gonna [00:33:00] have like different forms of it. Like you're working on like different price points. And yeah, I mean, because you do really fine jewelry and, but you also want to make this like accessible for people as well. Yeah. I mean, listen, I've always worked in 18 karat gold.

And the thing about that is, I know that jewelry is an investment for people and I want it to last forever. And that's what this piece is worth the investment because you're also gonna have it on forever as well I just want you to wear it and manifest and keep it on and think about all the things you want and just Touch your heart when you're like, oh man this needs to go a little bit better for me or I really want this or Thank you, because there it is I'm looking in the mirror this morning and I'm like, put my hand on my heart.

I'm like, let's go. Last night, I was just watching you and how many people you touch and, you know, everyone was just so obsessed with you and loves you. And, and I love also the idea of just like, how do you want your day to feel? You know, how do you want [00:34:00] things to go? And I got home today and was rushing, rushing, rushing to get ready to meet you and things are crazy.

And I have about 48 texts I haven't returned and emails. I'm like, Oh my God. Oh my God. And as I was coming down my stairs, My ex husband and son were driving up the street and they were honking and I looked over and their arms were like out of the windows and they're like, and I had this moment. I was like, Oh my God, look how cute they are.

And it put such joy into me that I was like, what? The f k am I stressed about? They just showed me, we're having a great day. Great day. And I'm like, okay, so text will be returned a little bit late, or emails will be, will, you know, have to wait a few extra minutes. But like, I'm going to Gabby and I'm going to do this podcast again.

And like, look at those two people on the side of the road, just like throwing all that good energy at me. You know, like, okay, it just, reframed my morning. Yeah. And actually you can use the daily design method with your manifesting. So you [00:35:00] could look in the mirror with your, with your manifest necklace.

You can set your intention. You can add to it. You can say, who do I want to be today? How do I want to feel today? What do I want to give today and what do I want to receive today? It's like, it's a morning practice. Yeah. You can do a ritual with your Or just say, I want to be this today, I want to feel this today.

Yeah. That's it. And at that onset. And now, if you're wearing it, it's like right in your face. I know. Now I'm just like, this morning I was just like, ooh, I love this. You're a publicist. And I'm like, this is blowing up, people. Great. I appreciate that. But it's beautiful because, because sometimes people, the biggest thing that gets people stuck is that they don't remember that they have a choice.

Right. And so you wake up in the morning and your phone's going off and you're looking at the news and people are all crazy in your life and things are going nuts and you forget that you have a choice. Yeah. You can't forget if you're looking in the mirror and you see it right there. Yeah. And, and we do have a choice.

I mean, again, like you said, like, I know that there are people that suffer from real depression and there are people that suffer from like, you know, lots of stuff, [00:36:00] anxiety and there's a lot of things and our world is upside down and there's a lot of sadness out there, you know? And. Those moments I get, but even in those moments, I can tell you that someone like me who went through a really hard time last year and my family went through a really hard time, like I was looking to those people who had been through that.

Yes. So even when you feel like I'm so depressed, I'm so anxious, I'm having all these feelings, like actually you can help so many people that aren't showing you how badly they need help. Your lived experience is your expertise, right? Exactly. So and now you've been through that and you can carry the message.

Yeah. Oh, I said you are. Well, I said to the woman who finally came to help us and help my family. I said, listen, you can use my name for any client and you can give my phone number if they ever need help or they are ever looking to see if you're the right person for them. I am begging you. You pass on my information [00:37:00] so I can pass on what other people pass on to me.

And it's true though, cause we all need help. We all need help. We all need to continue to do our own work so that we can carry the message. Absolutely. And that's exactly who you are. And I think that's such a beautiful place to close because your intention in this lifetime is to be, you're a space holder.

You're one of those people that holds space. And I mean that in like a cool way. Like you're, you hold space for other people's. transformations, but you now giving yourself that chance to have that chrysalis and that transformation for yourself gives you even more space to hold, right? And you're never going to stop doing that.

You're never going to, it's just who you are. It's in your energy coming through the jewelry. You know, you should have been a therapist. Yeah. In my next life. In my next life. It's the podcast. I'm an unpaid therapist. You know? Yeah. Which is fine. You're a pro bono therapist. Pro bono therapist. I'm a pro bono publicist.

Let me tell you that. Yeah, there you go. I am such a pro bono publicist. You're also a pro bono [00:38:00] therapist. I mean, you're a little bit of both. I am. Because, yeah, and I'm actually glad to be able to be that for my friends. Yeah. Because how could I not share the gifts and what I've known to be true? Yeah.

Yeah. And that's what we do. Yeah. Yeah. And. I've done a lot of therapy and you've done a lot of therapy. So to be able to pass that on to people, you know, yeah. So our messages today that we're going to take from Jen, you're my guru. Yes. The messages today are focus on what's thriving, focus on what's working, what can work out rather than what's not going to work out today.

We didn't get into forgiveness. You're gonna have to come back on. We're gonna talk about forgiveness. Oh my God. Forgiveness. We'll get there. We'll get there with the next show, the next episode. Okay. And focusing on what it is that our side of the street. is healing so that we can then carry the message for others.

And then setting those daily intentions to manifest. And I'm gonna do one more, one more shout out to the Manifest Necklace. Thank you. Go to JennMeyerJewelry. com right now. Check out the Manifest Necklace. This is it. This is the piece that's going to blow up in the world because of the energy that's intended to impact.

I love that. Well, I hope people love it. I love it so much. Thank you. It's on [00:39:00] my heart. I love you.
