This week I’m breaking down the exact steps I take to talk to the Universe.

I just wrapped up the Self Help audiobook recording last week. Wow, I was blown away by what happened.

I loved reading the book and felt deeply connected to the words. This time in the studio was like the calm before the storm.

As soon as I left the studio, panic set in.

My thoughts spiraled into my massive to-do list. (The book launch, getting Ollie ready for school, travel … the list went on.)

But instead of letting fear take over, I asked the Universe for help.

I took a deep breath and asked the Universe for a message inside my gabby coaching membership. I scrolled to pick a card inside my gabby coaching membership, and this was the message I received.

Instantly, I redirected my focus from fear about my overwhelming list of tasks to faith in the Universe’s support. This was a conscious choice.

In any given moment you can choose to see your circumstances through the lens of love rather than fear.

Each time you ask the Universe for help, you choose spiritual guidance instead of your own agenda.

The more you exercise this choice, the more you can rely on it.
