Many of my absolute favorite spiritual practices are rooted in the profound teachings of Abraham Hicks. If you aren’t familiar, “Abraham” is a name for a group of non-physical guides who deliver wisdom through Esther Hicks, teaching us that the entire Universe is based on the Law of Attraction: that which is like unto itself is drawn. Their work changed my life, and it’s the foundation for what I want to share with you today about getting into “The Vortex.”
The Vortex is a term Abraham Hicks uses to describe that high-frequency state where you are in total alignment with the Source energy of the Universe. It’s the place where all your desires—the career, the relationship, the healing—already exist in vibrational form. When you’re in the Vortex, you feel joyful, inspired, and unstoppable. But when you’re pushing, forcing, or worrying, you’ve stepped outside of it. Today, I’m showing you how to stop the “doing” and start the “allowing” so you can step back into that magnetic flow where miracles are natural.
