Welcome back to Dear Gabby. Hello everybody. I am sitting in my studio. I just got out of my sunlight and sauna, which was kind of perfect timing for this episode because sometimes even when I get outta the sauna, this is kind of gross, but I'm in my booth and I still haven't showered because I think that it's, I'm actually gonna ask my guest today if this is a good thing, but I think that you like keep detoxing after the sauna, so we're gonna get into it.

But that's what we're here to talk about today. We're gonna talk about. The powerful tool that supports your physical wellbeing. Hello, Connie. How are you? Hello,  Gabby. I am so excited to be here. I was just thinking when I was listening to your intro about. All the years ago when, um, we were connected to you and just how much I have admired you and how much I follow your words and your manifestation and, and your universe, like all your messaging is so on point [00:04:00] with Sunlighten as well as my personal brand, I can't tell you how much I have been looking forward to this moment.

Oh my God. Thank you my friend. And it's so nice to be with you because you really have had such an important part of my spiritual journey, because if you create a product that somebody uses three to six times a week, it's a really big deal, you know? So you are a big part of my life. So thank you for being here.

And I'd love to just open with just a little bit about the why behind why you started this brand. It's one of the most well-known world renowned products out there when it comes to saunas. And so you had obviously a call, a calling to bring this to life and let's start there. 

Yes, I did have a call and before even the infrared, which I'll explain how I got connected.
I always wanted to, as well as Aaron, my business partner and husband. I always, I felt this deep [00:05:00] need to make a difference in this world with a large footprint. So it was more than just make a difference. It was really, it was just, it was a very deep seated, and at that time, my boyfriend, Aaron, and I always brainstorm different ideas. How do we do this? How do we create this?

Making a difference, not campaign, but this making a difference movement. And then it was my brother who was extremely ill, chronically ill with chronic fatigue, heavy metal. Toxicity we find out. Mm-hmm. As diagnosed by his dentist.

And keep in mind, for those that are listening, this was over 25 years ago, the words heavy metals were not even being used. Yes. It's not a conversation. Yes. That's nobody, nobody talked about detoxification, nobody talked about toxicity. And I'm still amazed when I [00:06:00] share this story about how my brother's dentist.

And this is in the nineties in St. Louis, Missouri. Said Jason, I think that the mercury that's in your mouth. Yeah. From your mercury fillings. Yeah, from cavities. I think that's leaking. I think it's leaking into your body. I think that's what's causing all the vertigo and the fatigue and the pain and all of the horrible malaise, this horrible experience.

And keep in mind, my brother had tried. Everything. And he spent every dime that he had to try and get an answer to the root cause and nothing, nothing worked. And it wasn't until the dentist said, I think that's what's happening. I think you have mercury toxicity, heavy metal toxicity. And one the ways I have read that it's a possibility to remove heavy metals is [00:07:00] infrared.

The infrared wavelength. And so my brother. Went and bought an infrared sauna. I mean there like there was only one available and it changed his life. Gabby, it completely transformed his body. It transformed his brain. It allowed him to get out of bed. It was a very slow process. So this was not an overnight fix by any means.

It was long, but he was committed because he noticed. A difference at the very, very beginning. And so he thought, I'm gonna keep doing this. Yeah. And it changed his life. And then I, at the time was working for Proctor and Gamble on the pharmaceutical side of the Proctor and Gamble business, and so was Aaron.

And I started doing my own research on infrared. Whoa. I found lots of data that I [00:08:00] had never heard of on the cardiovascular system as far as increasing circulation and increasing blood flow and helping with coronary artery disease and congestive heart failure. Like, whoa, this is so powerful because here I am, we had a, uh, antihypertensive, so a blood pressure medication at p and g that we were promoting.

It's really difficult on the pharmaceutical side to bring a product to market that helps lower blood pressure while also not causing a lot of adverse events to the body. It's just really hard. Okay. And I saw this like, wait a second. This helps all these different things help the heart be healthy.

There's no side effects, like it's your body is just inside the sauna. And it was just mind blowing to me. I thought, why has nobody ever heard of this? This is crazy. I'm in like immersed in pharma, right? And I'm like, I don't understand. We we're spending [00:09:00] tons of money in p and g trying to bring all these different heart healthy products to market.

Like, and here's a wavelength that you could do safely and naturally in the comfort of your own home. And nobody, nobody knows anything about it. So I changed my life and decided to leave my corporate job as well as Aaron left. We both worked there, so it was really hard. That's a side, that's another podcast.

Yeah, exactly. That's another podcast As far as the, the journey of what that looks like. But the one thing that was consistent, it has been consistent. Since the beginning, since what I call it, the basement, which is what we did, we started in the basement and is that we were so committed to providing a product that helps people feel better and do more of what they love to do and live their fullest life.

And that's what we still focus on today, is if you just feel a little bit better, you're gonna be [00:10:00] happier and you're gonna be motivated to do more. All of those actions are gonna lead to a fuller life, and that's what we did. It was very, very difficult. And it's still, you know, it's a business, so still challenging.

Really one of the hardest times was that just, I didn't know anything about infrared,  but you knew you. You knew you needed it. And yeah, so that's that soul calling. It's like, I know that I need to do, it's so funny that I've been connected to you for now. Like I said, it's been 2014, so it's, yeah, it's, you know, over a decade and yes, I mean, it's a long time.

It's when you actually start to use sauna therapy, I guess you'd call it sauna therapy. I mean, I suppose, right.  Infrared therapy. Therapy. In therapy. Yeah. Either one.  Infrared therapy. And that's what I wanna get into next, but I'm just gonna speak to this personally. You kind of like your brother. You're like, this feels so good and I [00:11:00] want more of it.

I mean, literally, I exercise, I work out, and then I go on my sauna for 45 minutes and I just did it. Just, I'm still sweating. So here are my questions. I have so many questions for you, Connie. Oh my God. Here we go. Yeah. First and foremost, can you explain infrared to my listeners? And what the difference between like a typical Swedish sauna, right?

Where you're like, mm-hmm. Just go into the sweat, sweat, sweat. Mm-hmm. Versus an infrared sauna, because there's a big difference. 

There is. So we'll start with infrared and explain what that is, and then I'll compare the two so people could understand. So infrared is part of the sun's light spectrum. The majority of waves.

Majority of wave in the sun spectrum are in the infrared portion of the sun's light spectrum. That's an important part because we just don't get enough sunlight anymore. So it, it's important that people understand it. It comes from the sun. There are no UV or [00:12:00] other rays. It's just one spectrum. The other thing that's special about infrared is it is a spectrum within a spectrum.

And what I mean by that is there's three now, kind of four parts of the infrared spectrum. Each one, Gabby delivers different benefits to the body at different levels and different frequencies. So what's powerful about that is you're getting this full body. Cellular boost by having, if you can, and not everybody can get a product like one that I have impulse that has all four or or three of the spectrum that the far infrared, mid infrared, and near for.

We can go into the what it all those mean and, and why would you want them. But the good news [00:13:00] is the opportunity is there. So the opportunity is there for people to get the entire. Infrared spectrum in the comfort of their own home as far as comparing infrared to traditional, first, I'll tell you the feeling, and you kind of described it.

I love the way you described it. So the feeling of infrared is different than the feeling of traditional and the feeling of infrared is that feeling when you go outside and it's cloudy and all of a sudden the sun peaks out. Especially when you haven't seen the sun in a while. Right. You like look up, you're like, oh, that feels so good.

You just almost don't even wanna stand there. Yeah. And just soak up that feeling. Yeah. That is a feeling of infrared. That is the infrared energy penetrating into your body and giving you that feel good, you know, emotion. [00:14:00] Hmm. Traditional heat heats the air. So when you think about the traditional Swedish sauna or the rock sauna or the coals, those are focused on temperature.

And as the temperature gets hotter, the air gets hotter. And when you get in there on a high level of heat temperature, then you get hot. 

It's kind of, it's a byproduct. You're getting hot because the air is hot. With infrared, we bypass the air. And that energy, it's, it's really literally. Energy from the sun that works directly with the body without the air, so it's heating the body directly.

If you think about the sun and its impact on plants. And just that feeling of a plant is shoveling up and all of a sudden, you know, it's been rainy or whatever, and then all the sun comes out and you kind of just picture that growth and the [00:15:00] expansion of those plants, those flowers, that's because it's being exposed to light energy, which is what infrared is.

And plants need that. So do we. We are our own. Solar panels, our bodies are made of cells that need light energy to function correctly. Right. And that's what infrared does. 

And I can tell you, I feel it. You know, I, I really do. I think that there's this sort of oxytocin rush when you have this experience, you know, you're speaking for the science and the data behind it.

And I'm gonna speak for the experience so. Getting to this place where I can not feel like the heat is assaulting me like you would in a, in like, in a traditional sauna. It's just warmth. It's not like an assault, you know? And you can feel your body doing the work it needs to do. It's so cool. It's so, exactly.

Yeah. And I've used the [00:16:00] sauna for big detox. Okay. So the time that I did it most was when I healed myself from sibo. Okay. Mm. So small intestinal bacteria, I think is what it's, I don't even wanna name it. It's just terrible. But anyway, I had these gut issues as a result of stress and PTSD and remembering trauma on a big stuff.

And it was a real spiritual journey to undo that physical and spiritual. And so part of the procedure was to do some antibiotics and then post antibiotics. A lot of people just have rebound because they don't do the detox afterwards. I did, I did like six months of cooking for myself. And then the biggest part of the detox was, you know, six times a week I was in that sauna.

And my body was just like releasing so many toxins and it was just unbelievable and restoring. And it was such a huge part of my healing journey, particularly with, and my biggest part is that I meditate every day in the sauna. You know, I [00:17:00] do my deepest meditation in the sauna. It's putting you into a parasympathetic state.

Right. So talk to me a little bit about what's happening energetically when we start to sit in an infrared sauna. 

Yeah. One of my favorite benefits is the shift from the fight or flight state, the sympathetic state to the rest and digest parasympathetic state. That's one of my favorites, especially right now.

With society. I just, I feel like everybody is on overload. People are running so much, like, not literally running, but they're just taken on so much and they're, they're literally living in that sympathetic state. But I'll speak for myself just today. I had a day, I'm not it.

Lived with adrenaline [00:18:00] to get through the first part of my day, and I am so aware of that. And the whole time I'm thinking, I can't wait to get home,  get inside my sauna. 

Literally. Literally, that's how I feel. I'm like stressful day, like I'm going in the sauna. I can't wait. Right? I can't, and I'm really excited.

It hasn't happened yet, but I'm really excited because you can feel. Some people can't, so I shouldn't say that. I'll just speak from the eye perspective. I can feel when my shoulders start to, you know, raise up towards my ears and I can feel when I start to get tense, I can still, when I like, start to like kind of grind my teeth and I, because I'm tense, that I still need to perform.

And what happens when you receive this infrared energy into your cells, into your body is. One of the first things that happen is flow. So flow and movement [00:19:00] and that flow, blood flow, oxygen flow, the movement of the water molecules. Dr. Bland, I love the way he describes it. He said the water molecules, they start to dance around and what's great is they break the bonds, there isn't any damage. They start to move around and all of that flow starts to increase your core temperature. It starts to get more oxygen into your blood. You increase circulation. And when you do those types of things, you feel better. 

If you think about when you walk or you exercise or you do some type of a movement, you physically feel better.

Right? And that's the type of energy medicine that infrared. Provides to the body that also helps decrease cortisol and which is, I just, I'm positive that so many people, their cortisol levels, I don't know if people are monitoring it, but I'm just positive there's way too many people that have elevated cortisol levels and that throws off, right?

That throws [00:20:00] off your other hormones and just. Eventually it, I mean, it's not sustainable for a healthy person, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. It's, it's just not sustainable. Yeah. And infrared helps like lower the shoulders. We will notice that, that your heart rate, it starts to help you, your breathing and all of that.

You just feel like you are leaning into the energy and receiving it in a way that almost like I always picture, it's like this beautiful healing blanket that is wrapped around you, giving you this great big hug. And I always, when I'm in there, I'm like, thank you, thank you. I'm so glad I'm in here. 

No, it's so cool too is I can look at my wearable and I can tell you what was happening to my heart rate.
I'm looking at it right now when I was in the sauna. So yeah, it definitely lowered my heart rate when I was in the sauna, just, and, and got me down to, yeah, like [00:21:00] 65 right down there like. So cool to look at this. You have so much information. 

I know it helps with your heart rate variability as well. Yep.

Which, I mean, when you talk about the autonomic nervous system and how so many people's nervous system is on overdrive, this is a great way to regulate it and get back into normalization. 

Totally. Totally, totally, totally. Oh my God, it's so cool. The other questions, I have so many questions for you, but mm-hmm. I would imagine that regular infrared therapy can really help improve with major symptoms of depression, I would imagine, right? 

Yes. There have been several powerful studies. The first one still blows my mind whenever I say it. The first one was from dr thousand 16, I believe, and he did. An [00:22:00] intense study with infrared heat on people with major depressive disorder and found in only one session.

It helped significantly reduce the depression symptoms for up to six weeks. And that data just, again, it, it's, it's so powerful because somebody that is experiencing. Major depressive disorder to relieve them with something that is, in today's day and age, the way he did it, it was in Germany and it was in a piece of equipment.

So it wasn't easy or cost effective to use, but you can, with our products, you can do it in the comfort of your own home, right? And to have it last for up to six weeks is really incredible. And then Dr. Mason at UCSF. Modeled a study. She is [00:23:00] modeled a study after Dr. Raison. She just recently released the results of her study with should infrared in conjunction with cognitive behavioral therapy.

But the conclusion was that 11 out of the 12 patients that finished the study as well as filled out the assessments, 11 of 12 of them. Did not qualify anymore for major depressive disorder. 

Wow. Wow, wow,  Right. Yeah. And the scale that they did and the scale as far as measuring the impact was three times as good as they were expecting. I mean, so it is powerful on the mood. Now, I will say, for those of you who are listening on regarding major depressive disorder, the length of time. Both Raan and Dr. Mason did was long. It was [00:24:00] over two hours that they had the them, but the reason for that was because the goal that they connected with the result with infrared was they wanted to increase the body's core temperature and the good news of sunlight's product the way our infrared is different than other infrared.

We have the most amount of infrared delivered into the body, so the highest quantity, we also have the right frequency, and we did a study years ago on core temperature, and we showed that we can increase your core temperature by up to three degrees in only 30 minutes. So you don't necessarily have to wait that long in order to see an impact.

And I always feel. Even if I'm only there 15 minutes, I'd love to hear your thoughts, Gabby. Yeah. How long it takes you. But I even after 15 minutes, I can feel a mood change. Mm-hmm. 

I can feel my body respond actually right away, [00:25:00] but as far as the mood and the elevation of my mood, if I go in there stress, like today I'm gonna go in there, I'm gonna be like white.

I mean, I can tell you and. And I'm gonna like go through my day and, you know, download my brain and, and I may have moments of frustrations, I may have moments of where I need to release all of that so that I can move on. And the infrared so powerful because if I'm finished, I'm gonna walk out and I have a smile on my face.

Yeah. That's how I felt today. Yeah. And just a glow. From the inside out, that it just helps you change your perspective and your attitude, you know, your love for yourself. It just takes self care and self love to a whole new level. 

It really does. And so I'll typically be in the sauna for about 45 minutes. I'll do a 45 minute session, and you guys have these really cool sessions that you can choose, like [00:26:00] cardiovascular, and that's the one I always do.

Feel it right away. I feel my nervous system settle. I don't sweat that easily, quickly. So I usually like to work out before I get in so that I have mm-hmm, a little bit faster sweat. And then when I get out, I sometimes will take a cold bath and I feel even more alive after that and just awake and happy.
And I might, if you ask my husband, if you're like, when Gabby's stressed out, what does she do? It'll be like, she goes in the sauna. I mean, it's, it's my thing. 

I love that. I know my little cat sit outside the sun and they're like, Aw, they wanna come in so badly. And then if they try, they know how hot it's, they're like, no, thank you. But yeah, animals love infrared. We have a dog and she's the same way. She's just like so adorable because she sits right outside. 

Yeah. And you can almost, if she could talk, she'd be like, mom, lemme in. Yeah. My cats actually skid up on top of the sauna. Warm. They like the warmth and they just sit. Mm-hmm. So it's so funny.
It's like [00:27:00] one of their perching areas and so you know, if somebody out there is like, this sounds really great, but I don't know if I could ever have one in my home. Let's say they don't have space for it or they're not sure yet, is the red light first place to start? Like where would be a good place for somebody to start?

Yeah, so there's a couple places to start. So red light, we have a red light panel that combines red light with near infra red. And I'll touch on what those two wave links are because it's really important. So in fact, let me back up for a second. Let me just go through, if I can really quickly, the entire infrared spectrum.

Great. So that people understand the different wave links. So we always start with far infrared because that is the foundation of the infrared spectrum. That is the wavelength. That is absorbed into your cells. That's the wavelength that starts to make those water molecules dance. It is completely impacts your mitochondria on a very deep level.

It also is the wavelength that [00:28:00] starts to increase your core temperature. Increase the flow, the movement in the body, increase the oxygenation. Far infrared is felt by the body by heat. Okay, so your body feels warm with farm thread. Min infrared is a shorter wavelength. And it is hotter experience. So it is great for muscle recovery and it's great for helping to aid in weight loss when combined with far infrared.

It's great for reducing inflammation as well as helps with caloric berm. And then those two are experienced by heat. Now next to them is near infrared and red light. These. Are so hot that in order to receive the maximum benefit you really have to convert the heat into LEDs, into light, and that's what we've done and near infrared, which we launched [00:29:00] that back in 2010 inside the sauna.

The feedback that people don't really understand it because it's invisible. So it's an invisible light. It's extremely powerful and it penetrates the deepest of between near infrared and red light. But because you can't see it, it just is confusing to people. So we included red light because you can see it.

It doesn't penetrate as deep, but it is really helps to penetrate the skin. Decrease inflammation. It helps to boost collagen. Boost elastin helps to increase energy, helps to make more of those wonderful things called mitochondria. And when you combine the two together near and red, you get a really powerful synergistic impact on your cells.

It literally supercharges your cells. Hmm. So as far as to answer your question, what would somebody do? The red [00:30:00] light panel that we have that combines near infrared. And red light is a good way to start for the cellular energy. Like on the superficial level on the benefits I just talked about, the mitochondria and decreased inflammation, it helps, especially with the skin.

And I always called when we launched the infrared, always called it. This is the vanity weight length. Like you just feel like it just helps you look good. Uh, it does, it helps your skin. It helps your skin glow from the outside in farm for it helps your skin glow from the inside out with the purification detoxification benefits.

Mm-hmm. So that's a good place to start. What's nice about the Red Light panel while I'm talking about it because it's my, one of my favorite benefits of it is that we have an app and the way, because Red Light and new infrared, it differs based on the JUULs and the frequency. And I won't get into all the science.

There are [00:31:00] different levels of intensity, let's call it. And what we did is in the app, we put the three different choices in all these different health benefit categories so that you didn't have to think about it, and you just press a button. So for example, the one I use the most is skincare, and I used it on the advanced mode, and it tells me, you know, sit 12 inches away.

And then essentially press start and it's on for 10 minutes. Yeah. Near infrared and red light is a much shorter length because the way the frequencies work, the energy works with your body is your body can only absorb so much. So eventually you could be in there a lot longer, but it's not gonna have any more impact.

So we've designed the app. With the benefits such as sleep, skincare, immune system, et cetera, to have the three different levels. So if you're a beginner, then you would use that, [00:32:00] you know that button. So that would be one good place to start with the red light panel. And you get the highest, the most intense, most powerful, near and for red because that's what we learned over the years.

We've taken the same frequency from the sauna and brought it to the red light panel. The other place to start. And I'm super passionate about this. Is the sunlight and solo, and that is a lie down model with infrared that has your far infrared. And so because I said the far infrared is the foundation, it's a good place.

You can't do everything else. You're gonna get so many benefits with a sunlight and solo. It is an excellent, excellent choice. And if you wanna find ways to lower cost. It normally comes with what's called the sunlight and solo system, which has the sunlight and solo with Farm for Red five heaters, and then also has the pad with four heaters.

[00:33:00] So we combined, it's nine heaters of infrared heat, the sunlight and infrared heat that has the most amount, but you don't have to. Our study that we did on core temperature, a study that we did with University of Missouri, Kansas City on blood pressure and quality of life and detoxification, those studies were done with just the solo.

So you don't have to use the pad and you could save some money. That would be a good way to get started. Love that. So there's two choices. Oh, and I do have another. We can talk about it at the end. I have a new product. Yeah.

And it is, you wear it, you know, on your face, and it's a, it's a mask. It's cordless. It's ergonomic, it's super easy to use. It looks like something very techy. It, it has a, yeah, has a gold look to it, match and shiny and it just looks really cool. You can see out it, when you see it. If you go to our website, it doesn't look like you can see out of it, but you [00:34:00] can, so it's not claustrophobic.

And then inside the mask there's red light combined with near infra red, and there's also yellow light, which is nice. And there's green and then there's blue for acne. So that product, and it's a much lower cost 'cause it's really designed, obviously for the face for you to put on your face. Mm-hmm. Yep, totally. I mean, I just, you know, I get these messages from people all the time, like, what's the best red light mask?

And now I know what to tell them. Or like, what's the best red light panel? Or, you know, people always wanna ask, and I feel like even just getting that panel or that mask is always a first step for people to start their light healing journey. Exactly. [00:35:00] You see the results and you just want more of it. And for me, even just using the panel is enough.

Even just as much as the sauna at times, to just sit in front of that panel and meditate. Yes. And to prove myself and to get back to center. And I wanna just sort of connect with you a bit on what you feel is the most exciting new development that you're seeing right now on the horizon with light therapy.
Like what do you feel is like the most exciting thing that you see coming? 

What's exciting is learning. About the frequencies and the precision and all of the opportunities for light therapy to be used. For example, we are reading more and more each day about the impact of light therapy on the brain, and there's data both with far infrared as well.

There's some data with far infrared on the brain as well. Light therapy, especially near infrared because near infrared, the LEDs, they [00:36:00] penetrate the deepest and they will go into your brain and help protect the neurons if they're have a neuroprotective impact. And so for somebody, for example, that is experiencing Alzheimer's, there's this neuroprotection element to it, and we're working with some experts in that field.

Bring the knowledge and information, you know, to everybody else. But it's really exciting on the cognitive function because as a female, I remember when I first got pregnant, oh my gosh, I felt like somebody just went into my brain and stole all of my brain. I'm like, mm-hmm. 

Born in my brain Cells go, I can't think. I can't, can't articulate. And it's a challenge. And for me. Working and having my own business and having kids and, and being so dedicated to the Kansas City community and, and to women's organizations and to [00:37:00] wellness. I need my brain. Yes, you do. Mm-hmm. I know I need it to function. And infrared is a great way to support your brain function and to help you feel clearer.

And remove some of that mental fog. Yeah, totally. So it's one exciting advancement and just finding other ways, like we're exploring at Sunlighten in our product development team, ways that we can make the experience to our community easier. 

Yeah, more accessible and simple to understand. That's what we're working on. I think you've done a great job of it already. Oh,  thank you. 

And I'm just gonna say that I remember the day my first sunlight and sauna arrived at the mountain house and I was so excited and I was like standing there and I made my husband put the whole thing together. Aw. I was like, this is the coolest thing.

I was just so, and I went into it the [00:38:00] night that it was put together. I sat in there and I was like, this is my spot. That was actually a really hard time for me. I was going through a real big, big journey of just trauma recovery and remembering things and just so much stuff, and this was such a healing place for me to go by myself and be in my sauna.

And it continues to be such a big part of my spiritual practice and my wellbeing practice, and my detoxification practice, and my menopause journey. And thank you. I just can't thank you enough for creating this and. A beautiful conversation to talk about, not just the healing benefits, but also just the emotional benefits of being in this kind of sacred time for yourself.

And yeah. It's just, I agree. I I love those words. The sacred time for yourself. Yeah. Because that's how I feel as a mom. My son is in my basement, and when I go down there and I close the door, wow. Like, right. It's such a great. Such a [00:39:00] great feeling and the opportunity to be able to stack other things while I'm in there.

So I have this wonderful healing energy that's entering my body, both penetrating my skin as well as going into my joints and tissues, as well as absorbing into my water molecules and mitochondria. So all the different wavelengths are impacting my cells at different levels, and I visualize that and I visualize that.

Just wonderful initiation of. Activation of everything and supercharging and keeping me healthy and and strong. And then I switched to, okay, so now it's time to calm and meditate. You know, and maybe even do some intention settings. Maybe do some, some four, seven, um, eight breath work. You know? Or maybe it's just simply to sit still.

Yeah, and just breathe. It feels so good to be able to have a [00:40:00] wellness modality and the comfort of my own home that I can also stack on other things that make me feel good. Yeah. And make me happy. Yes. Because when I get done, I'm like, yes, yes, yes. That's how I feel. I've got my meditation in and I've got my sauna in, and I feel so good.
