how to strengthen your faith and practice joy

We went rogue in the latest episode of Dear Gabby! I had one hour left in the recording studio and was trying to MAXIMIZE. I let everybody go so that we could take a break, and then I realized I didn’t have any more guests for the show. So I went old-school Gabby style and started up LIVE on Instagram and then transitioned live to the podcast!

This is totally on par with today’s theme, which is all about practicing joy and faith, and how breaking our routine can help curate more happiness. I shake up the routine today, rely on my faith, and produce a fantastic episode with lots of energy and vulnerability.

anything is possible with faith and joy

Joy helps us to keep going and find a light in the dark. When things get tough, relying on your faith and knowing how to adapt to change are the keys to living well.

So how the heck do you maintain faith and joy when you’re feeling majorly off-balance?

That’s exactly what I get into in today’s spontaneous episode that starts on IG and shifts over to Zoom. I share some faith-filled methods to help my guests limit negativity and pay more attention to the good.

When you follow these simple steps, you’ll learn how to cultivate more joy every single day and stay present during tough or transitional times.

in this episode, I’ll share:

  • How to strengthen faith through prayer. When doubt is rocking your faith, give it over. Witness the moments when you have a lack mentality. Then thank the Universe for opening your heart and reminding you that you are indeed on a spiritual path. Have this prayer ready when doubt creeps in—staying in this dialogue with the Universe aligns your thoughts back to the spiritual condition. Your prayer: Thank you, Universe, for guiding me back to clarity and faith.
  • Ways to quit focusing on things that aren’t working. While it’s important to be curious about the future, it’s equally important to stop obsessing about it when it becomes unproductive or harmful. We’re so invested in the hustle of life that it can be hard to prioritize joy and live in the moment. But it should be a necessity that you seek to experience daily.
  • How to call in your manifestations. We can attract what we want in life with the right actions that are aligned with our beliefs. Practice being, living and dwelling in the experience of aligning your desires with your beliefs. This practice will show you how to co-create your reality, right here right now. Manifesting happens the moment you align your desires with your physical sensations, belief systems and thoughts.

joy begets more joy

One of my lovely guests on this episode, Holly, is experiencing an incredible amount of anxiety surrounding her upcoming 40th birthday. She’s not where she wants to be in life and feels like she’s failed.

I remind her that she’s at a beautiful turning point. Forty is a GREAT time to make changes to your belief systems and practice more joy. Each new year allows us to grow and experience life in better ways. It’s an adventure!

We weren’t actually going to record this episode today, but here we are—we did it, and Holly made it through to the pod. I told her to take that as a sign and an opportunity. It’s synchronistic, and it’s the first step for her to see just how different her life could be if she lets go of the stories that have been holding her back.

Holly’s homework is to do a self-audit of her joy factor. She needs to stop focusing on future outcomes, be more grateful for what’s actually going right, and make her only priority to feel good and have fun.

That old saying, “Life begins at 40,” can actually be true if you embrace a more positive outlook! Happiness is a choice we make. Even being just 1% more joyful each day can completely transform our lives.

showing up for your spiritual path

It’s important to remember that we can still practice happiness while we’re healing. We can bring joy into our lives as a spiritual tool for moving through the suffering and helping to curate inspiration and direction.

Of course it’s still safe to turn inward when you’re having the hard days and the yucky feels. But when you open yourself to happiness at the same time, you invite in more joy and light, and over time you become less negative.

Every moment that you’re in a positive connection is a healing moment. Learning how to practice more joy every single day, no matter what you’re going through, will help reduce stressors and better equip you to ride the rollercoaster of life.

When I introduce joy to a situation, I change the vibrational frequency of what's happening around me.

No matter where you are on your journey, bringing in more faith and joy will help you to thrive. Don’t forget to stop, look around and recognize the beauty in front of you.

I hope you have a joyful new week and enjoy this inspiring episode!

Before we even dive into today's episode, and it's a big episode today, I want to give you a little inside tip that will come in handy, especially after you listen to today's show. You've heard me say it over and over and over again. This is my mantra. The path to inner peace is through meditation. Period.

Period. End of story. I literally do not go a day without meditating. I've been on this journey for 17 and a half years. Frankly, I've been meditating pretty much most of my life as a child and have had a daily devotional practice for 17 and a half years. And when it comes to manifesting, well, there's simply no greater tool to support you on that journey.

That's why I'm going to give you my most powerful guided manifesting meditation for free, totally for free. You can use this alongside all the other tools and techniques that I talk about on this show, and particularly in this episode. So all you have to do is go to DearGabby.com/manifest and download this truly transformational meditation to help yourself begin to manifest a life beyond your wildest dreams.

This meditation will greatly complement today's episode. So I highly recommend that after listening to this episode, you go to DearGabby.com/manifest and download that meditation, practice it. Maybe even practice it for the next 30 days. See what transpires. Leave me a review and tell me about the miracles.

You will thank me later.

Hey there, welcome to Dear Gabby. I'm your host, Gabby Bernstein. And if you landed here, it is absolutely no accident. It means that you're ready to feel good and manifest a life beyond your wildest dreams. Let's get started.

Welcome back, my friends. Welcome back to Dear Gabby. Today is a really cool show. The title of today's episode is one that I imagine probably hooked you in. The number one spiritual tool to overcome every obstacle. Take that in. Doesn't that sound like a nice moment of relief, that there could be a spiritual tool to overcome every obstacle.

Well, let me tell you something. I was hit with lots of obstacles when I came on to record this episode. It was a really spontaneous episode that my team and I were literally moved to do at the last minute. We were recording this session for the day and it had been a really nice day, super high vibe day.

Lots of amazing people came through and we were ready to just pack it up. But Josh, my producer, and I were just sitting back in the studio talking. And I had this feeling that I wanted to do a little bit more. Like I just felt that spark of inspiration. And we closed down the zoom and we just had no more guests waiting.

And I said to him, you know, Josh, I got some more juice left in me. Why don't I do a old school Instagram live that we record for the podcast and he was like hell yes, let's go. If you've got it in you, Gabby, let's make it happen.

So super spontaneous jumped right in and it kind of went rogue and this was really fun because I love that old school blast from the past of just jumping in, pulling people in off Instagram we're having so much fun that we decided to bring all the Instagramers back over to the zoom turn the zoom back on started recording it as a live podcast so here it is. This episode is epic. It's filled with energy, vitality, vulnerability.

It's just coming at you with lots of different people's perspectives of what support they needed at this time. And I gave a really clear message to everyone. And spiritual advice that can help you transform every block. I hope that you enjoyed this episode. It's filled with a lot of energy. I think you're going to feel it as it comes through.

And listen all the way to the end. Really listen to the end. Drop a review. Let me know how this is going for you. Let me know how you feel about these episodes, those topics you want us to cover. And just ask questions because sometimes we'll bring those questions from your reviews into the Dear Gabby random Q& As.

So we may go rogue again one day and answer your question. So here we are jumping into the show; stick around to the end for the number one spiritual tool to bust through any block.

GABBY: We're going rogue. We're going rogue. Okay, I'm in the studio people and we have got an hour left in the studio and I'm trying to maximize so I let everybody in the zoom go that they used to be over there and I let them all go so that we could take a break or whatever. And then I realized I don't have any more guests for my show.

So I'm going to do a Dear Gabby live right now with whoever wants to come on. We've got requests already coming in. We're going old school style, bringing you in. I'm going to Dear Gabby you here. I'm on camera, I'm in the studio and I'm also going to just Go for it with you guys. Here we go.

Oh my God.

Christian. Christian. Oh my God. Old school, baby. Hi, sweetness.

CHRISTIAN: Hello, my love.

GABBY: How are you doing, baby? What's going on?

CHRISTIAN: I'm just about to head into class right now, so I don't have much time, but I am struggling because I'm graduating in a couple of weeks and I need help with the transition and I am freaking out.

GABBY: Okay. I love you. Christian is an old school, Dear Gabby guests. You used to come on multiple times when we were live on Instagram, just like this. And you've been very open about your mental health situation condition, and you've been really open about your journey and your recovery, and we are rooting for you and we have been the whole time.

And now you're going to go through a transitional period right now. And so, those of us who struggle with anxiety or depression and we have big transitions in our life, it can be really scary. Big transitions can be scary even if you don't have any kind of mental illness, but when we have stuff that's going on in our life, that's really big, it can really rock the boat.

There's a sensation of things being unsafe. What I find to be so beautiful here is that when you first joined me on Dear Gabby, when I was doing this show three years ago, when I was doing this show in 2020 from my house. What was so beautiful, sweetheart, was that you were just going back to school at that time or trying to get back to school after the pandemic or during the pandemic.

And so there was this transition then as well. And so I want to use this moment as a reminder that first and foremost, let's just give you some grace and accept that transitions can be scary. Honor that, respect that. Don't try to push past that or make that anything more than what it is. It's just scary to make transitions. That's just real.

And the next thing is. Oh, somebody just wrote a beautiful message here. Big transitions are opportunities for beautiful change. And so let's just shift our thinking right now about this transition and give yourself a chance to see it as an opportunity for beautiful change. Thank you so much for that beautiful message.

And to also just open your heart to remember the spiritual proof that you have from when we first met and you were going through a transition at that time, going home, it was COVID there was a whole lot going on for you and you really made it through and you had such a beautiful journey and you've been so committed and consistent with your growth.

And so now, you have another transition. So trust that spiritual proof of all that has been there for you in the past and all that it can be as you make this next transition now.

Beautiful. Thank you. My love.

Okay. Here's what I'm going to do, guys. If you want to be Dear Gabby’d right here, right now, go to deargabby.com/live. Join us right now in the zoom and let's keep this party going.

Hi cuteness. How can I help? This is so fun. Were you just on Instagram with us?

FABIOLA: Yeah. I just saw your Live. I've been watching your live for like forever.

GABBY: Here you are now. IRL with me. Well, not in total real life, but we're together.

How can I help you, Fabiola?

FABIOLA: Well, you know, Gabby, I've been seeing you for years. Your first book of The Universe has Your Back. I had some of your meditations. You've been a huge help for me through my journey. And I think right now it's just about my, my worthiness and my spiritual awakening.

GABBY: Okay, tell me about your spiritual awakening.

FABIOLA: Uh, I mean, I connect a lot with angels, just like you do. I loved your angel meditations, where you connect with them and ask them questions. And I've been opening that a lot more, but there's a lot of doubt in my intuition.

GABBY: Beautiful. Okay, doubt in your intuition. I want to really hold that and trust that.

Okay, how do we strengthen our faith? First and foremost, what you're already doing is a beautiful step forward on the path of strengthening your faith. Because what you're doing is you're practicing these principles, communicating with your angels, opening your heart to knowing more, but there's going to be some time where there's going to be the voice of your ego, the voice of fear, voice of old stories and old parts of you from your past that are going to say things like, this isn't real, this isn't true.

How could you have faith in this? And when we want to strengthen our faith in our spiritual condition, the fastest, most efficient way to get there is through prayer. And so, in those moments when you feel like you're doubting your faith, give it over. You can say, thank you universe for reminding me that I am on the right track.

Thank you universe for revealing to me that this is real. Thank you universe for restoring my thoughts back to love, consistently staying in that dialogue with the universe that aligns your thoughts back to the perception of that spiritual condition.

It's about living in a world where you're seeing with spiritual sight and it takes a lot of undoing of the worldly belief systems that we are so hooked into and all of the attack and judgment and fear that takes us out. And so, the work right now is just to be the witness of the moments when you have that lack mentality and when that fear begins to take hold and use that prayer.

Thank you universe for reminding me that I am indeed on this spiritual path. Thank you for showing me a sign. Thank you for opening my heart, whatever it is that you need to re-affirm that I think it's that simple, my love.

FABIOLA: I think so too. I feel that.

GABBY: Yeah. You're so cute. Look at her with her little background.

She's just adorable. Nice, gorgeous, spiritual adjustment. There we go. There we go.

[AD BREAK]

It's July, and it's summer at its best. I love being able to just like throw on a pair of shorts and a tank top and just run outside and just feel so connected to the earth.

But as much as I love being outside and soaking up those rays, I know I have to be really, really careful to take care of my skin in those summer months.

And I definitely don't want my skin to get dry, dehydrated. Hear me when I say this, people. It's imperative that you hydrate, that you replenish your electrolytes. Electrolytes are key not only to keeping your energy levels up, but also your mood and your positivity. Pique is my favorite product for this.

Pique is an amazing and delicious daily routine to keep my skin looking ageless and to keep me hydrated and radiant all summer long. And it's super easy. Just throw it into your drink. It's that simple. There's a pre-measured quantity that just dissolves quickly into your cold water, and I particularly love Pique's Radiant Skin Duo.

Their BT Fountain is an electrolyte with skin care benefits that helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles and increase our skin's elasticity and hydration. And it has clinically-proven ceramides to protect my skin barrier and keep it plump and supple. Another incredible part of Pique's Radiant Skin Duo is the Sun Goddess Matcha.

Oh, it is major. I make it like an iced matcha. It's delicious. And I'm not kidding you. It's the best matcha ever. It's quadruple toxin-screened for purity and the chlorophyll helps you to support your skin clarity and natural detoxification. And the antioxidants help support healthy digestion, metabolism, and hunger cravings.

For a limited time, Pique is offering two bonus gifts, a beaker and a frother. When you head to Piquelife.com/Gabby.

This week I'm in Portugal with my family and I'm just having the most beautiful experience. And I want to just make sure that I've zero stress this week while I'm on vacation. Once we arrive, I have this tendency to struggle a little bit with the jet lag and sort of just letting my nervous system just sink into this more settled state.

That's why I love Next Evo Naturals because I didn't know this, but I just found out that a recent study showed that most CBD labels are way off. And some even contain only about 60% of what they actually claim. This is why I love Next Evo Naturals, because they're the most clinically-studied CBD brand on the market. And that's why I know I can trust that I'm getting the best. They literally take research to the next level, and particularly their stress CBD complex. They come as a gummy, which is really nice. Really it just makes a hundred percent difference in my life. And the stress CBD complex has both the fast-acting SmartSorb CBD as well as patented whole plant ashwagandha.

And you guys know I love my ashwagandha. SmartSorb CBD is clinically proven to reduce stress by 70 percent and it increases concentration by 50 percent. So seriously, who wouldn't want that? Who wouldn't want that? I am in Portugal just chillaxing. My beautiful transition has been so supported as a result of Next Evo Naturals.

So leave summer stress behind and upgrade your CBD. Go to nextevo.com/gabby to get 25% off plus a free bottle of premium pure CBD, 50 dollar value, one use per customer. That's N E X T E V O.com/Gabby.

[END AD BREAK]

GABBY: All right. Who do we have next? Hi, Holly's back. How are you Holly?

HOLLY: I'm a little shaky here. I guess I've been doing a lot of work. I've been doing therapy every week, doing EMDR, family systems. And I think I'm just sort of, I think future tripping and just freaking out about my life because my 40th is coming up in a few weeks.

And life is just not how I expected it to be.

GABBY: What is working in your life right now. What's good? What's going on that's good?

HOLLY: I'm good at my job. It's not my dream job, but I'm I'm good at it. My boss is kind and treats me with a lot of respect and appreciates me.

GABBY: Beautiful.

HOLLY: I have good friends. I have a supportive family. I guess it's just hard for me not to just start dwelling on the things that I have sort of failed at or fallen off on and that's where I, I just concentrate on the wrong things, I guess.

GABBY: What do you do in your life that makes you the most joyful? It could be like watching Netflix. What brings you the most joy in your life right now?

HOLLY: I like hanging out with my new cat. He’s a mess. Yeah.

GABBY: Oh, I love a cat. Love a cat.

HOLLY: My, my last, my last December was really tough. My, my cat, my, my soul kitty passed away from cancer and, and I was sick and I had a surgery and so everything kind of, it all just kind of took me out and yeah.

GABBY: So let's honor everything that happened. And I want to acknowledge that that's really tough to lose your cat because I'm a cat mom. So I understand that love and I'm happy for you that you have a new fur baby. I want to offer you an opportunity to give yourself permission to change your mind about your life.

Does that resonate?

HOLLY: Yeah. Yeah, it does.

GABBY: Sometimes we want to hold on to the tough stuff and I'm not in any way suggesting that we don't allow ourselves to fully process things. Or that we don't allow ourselves to move through difficult times, grieve, of course, but you're at this beautiful turning point.

You're turning 40. It's a great time to be making changes in your adjustment to your belief systems about your life.

HOLLY: Yeah.

GABBY: So what if you just decided to take my advice today because you got on Dear Gabby, we were not going to record this episode. We added it on. There's no accident before your 40th birthday.

You're sitting here with me. What if you just took that as a sign, an opportunity, a chance to decide how you want to see your life, how different it could be, how different it would be if you let go of the stories that have been holding you back. And I asked you that, what would be different if you weren't focusing on the things that weren't working?

What else might you be doing?

HOLLY: I couldn't, I feel like it'd be just be easier to let go of expectations and be able to get into a creative flow and be open to what opportunities the universe might have for me instead of trying to control every outcome. So here's your homework. Actually, it's really your birthday present.

Here's your birthday present. I'm going to give you permission right now to stop focusing on what isn't working. Stop focusing on future outcomes. And make your only priority to feel good and have fun. And that could be playing with your cat, that could be exercising, that could be hanging out with friends, spending time with your family, doing more of what brings you joy.

If you just do that, as you come and embark on this 40th year. You're going to come back to me at 41and you're going to be like, “Holy s**t, Gabby. I’m a completely new person. So much of what I wanted when I spoke to you last is now in my life. I feel good. I'm healthy. I'm happy. I'm creative.”

I promise you that. Make that adjustment. Make that adjustment. Happy birthday.

HOLLY: Thank you. I look forward to messaging you next year then.

GABBY: I'll be waiting for you. I'm holding you to it.

HOLLY:Okay. I'm looking forward to it. Thank you.

GABBY: Happy birthday, baby.

HOLLY: Thank you.

CALLER: Hi, guys.

GABBY: Hi. Hi, honey. How are you?

CALLER: I'm good. How are you?

GABBY: Great. Welcome to the show that just happened randomly. Welcome.

CALLER: Thank you. This is my second time, like, tuning in with you live. I'm on spring break right now, so I don't usually get the opportunity, so it was really nice to be able to do this.

Um, I'm struggling right now with some life choices. I just made the decision to leave my job. It was actually making me physically sick. I'm a teacher's assistant, there's a lot of mold issues in my school, and…

GABBY: Oh God.

CALLER: Yeah, I started to develop a lot of symptoms related to that, and I've been there for seven years, and just found that beyond the fact that it was making me physically sick, it's just not aligned with what I want to be doing.

It's not... what lights me up. So during COVID and during all of this sickness, I decided to go through some health coaching classes. And now that I'm leaving my job in June, I'm thinking of maybe seeing if I can pivot into something like this into like the health coaching realm, just based on my own personal experiences and I have my feet stuck in the mud.

I can't get beyond the fear. And I have an extreme fear of disappointment. I don't want to disappoint anybody. And my biggest fear is that I won't be of service to anybody else, that I won't be good at it. And I'm just struggling with it. And it's, I've made peace that I have to leave my job that I'm in now, but I am in true panic over what I'm going to do next.

GABBY: So do you help people with their health just for fun, like friends, family, loved ones?

CALLER: Um, I guess I don't know if it's for fun, but you know, if people ask me, I give them tips as far as drinking more water or finding ways to like squeeze workouts into the day or just like time management or, finding ways to like, to stress relief.

So yes, people do sometimes ask me because they see me lead a healthy lifestyle. I eat well. I work out. I walk on my lunch break. So I do lead by example.

GABBY: Great. Because we manifest who we are. We manifest the energy of who we are. So if you are wanting to make this career transition and do it with ease. I would practice being and living and dwelling in the experience of what it is that you want to create.

So an example, one, doing it for yourself, right? Being out in the world and keeping yourself well and healthy and being your first client. You are your first client. So writing down the methods and the tools, the practices that you're using on yourself, that is assuming the energy of what it is that you want to create.

But also showing up for others in the ways that are appropriate for you. So maybe you're going to head out and start helping out some friends that want to lose some weight and you start doing group meetups for free. Just do it. Just get together, start sharing your knowledge. Start bringing people into the fold. By being in the energy of what it is that you want to create you are manifesting people are always like, oh, I want a tool for manifesting.

Well manifesting happens the moment that you engage with love manifesting happens the moment that you align your desires with your physical sensations, belief systems, and thoughts. So baby, get into it. Have fun, just get going.

CALLER: I feel like this, making the decision to leave my job, it is happening for a reason.

I feel like I went through. through this illness for a reason. And I feel like it's guiding me towards this next part of my life. So I do feel like there is intent, like it is part of my plan. It's just overall fear. Listen, when I give manifesting advice and I give methods and spiritual practices, it's never to override the fear.

And that's the work that you can do deep in therapy. That's the work you can do with a book like Happy Days. You can consistently show up for that fear, undo those belief systems. any one of my books, particularly Happy Days. But so doing the work on our fear and adjusting our belief systems is always necessary.

But why not have fun along the way towards that journey and through the experience of our personal growth? Because you can be going through undoing belief systems of fear and lack and all those stories, but at the same time, have fun, be it, assume the energy of what it is that you want to create, be in the vibration of what it is you want to bring into the world.

Have the experience that you want your clients to have, that's manifesting. You with me?

CALLER: Yes. That makes sense.

GABBY: All right. So you're going to get into it. That was my message for you. Get into it, baby. Get into it.

CALLER: I like it.

Today's episode is sponsored by eBoost. I would say that I lead a pretty active lifestyle between my family, my company, and my work. The book I'm currently working on, Live Talks, let's just say it's quite busy over here in Dear Gabby headquarters. So I can really use a bit of help to keep my energy up and it's a huge priority for me.

So what if I told you that I found a product that can keep my energy up, it's delicious, and it's filled with natural ingredients? Well, I found it, and it's eBoost Energy Drink Super Fuel. This product is not only so tasty, but it really helps to power you through all the moments that matter. And so, whether it's before or after a workout, that daily mid-afternoon slump, or if it's just getting you going in the morning when you've got a lot ahead of you.

eBoost Super Fuel gives me the exact right support that I need. And I love it because it's made from natural caffeine that comes from green coffee beans and green tea. Most energy drinks are made from synthetic caffeine, which leads to the jitters and then it's this intense boom and crash. With Superfuel, you won't get either of those, but what you'll get is this sustainable, clean energy.

And it's non GMO, soy free, vegetarian, and gluten free. No artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners. And what's even better is that they come in these amazingly delicious flavors. My absolute favorite is ginger lime. So if you want an energy drink that is made with natural plant-based ingredients and it tastes delicious, you've got to try eBoost SuperFuel.

eBoost is so confident that you're going to love Superfuel that they're giving you a four-pack for free. All you have to do is pay for shipping. Take advantage of this offer today and go to eBoost.com/Gabby to get your free four pack of Superfuel.

GABBY: All right, we have time for one more. Hi, Julia.

JULIA: Hi. So I'm doing all the things for abundance, like everything. I did your manifestation at the beginning of the year. And I'm doing the Christy Marie Sheldon thing. I was on a retreat last year with one of your besties, and I felt that that really helped. And I clear a lot of things, because, you know, I start crying, so I know that's, like, the despair coming out of me.

So... Like, last year, I asked God, wouldn't it be great if I got, we got laid off with severance pay? And then I was like, oh shoot, I told him what I wanted, you know, what, you know, that doesn't work out. And then the next week, we all got rolled into the conference room and said that we're closing down in July.

And then, so I got laid off. But I got severance pay through end of October and I've applied for jobs like a month after we were let go. And I finally got interviews and I accepted an offer, um, because I got a mortgage payment.

GABBY: How can I help you though? What's the issue?

JULIA: Can you tell that I'm hindered somewhere still?

Cause like, you know, uh, I, I'm kind of like, I'm doing all the practicing joy and you know, I went salsa dancing Saturday. Um, I used to, you know, be a real salsera and all that. And I haven't been in a while, but I was wondering—

GABBY: You’re feeling hindered. Is that what you're saying?

JULIA: Yeah. Like there's still something I got to clear, like, you know.

GABBY: This is an important thing, my love.

Okay. So practicing these principles. showing up for your spiritual path, listening to dear Gabby, going on these retreats, salsa dancing, all of that is extraordinary because it's putting you in a new point of attraction and it's helping you develop more joy and that joy begets more joy. But we all have an underbelly.

We all have a story. We have imprints from our past that still deeply affect the way that we live in the present. And so what I was saying to our guest earlier is that she can go start to be in the activation of what it is that she desires, but that doesn't mean she shouldn't be going deeper and being in the curiosity of what else underneath needs to be healed.

And so, I think that that's actually the message of this episode is that we can be going through tough stuff and still have fun along the way. We can also be healing the deeper wounds safely and securely, ideally with a therapist or with some supportive guidance while we still enjoy our life because it doesn't have to be one or the other.

It doesn't have to be that we're just suffering all the time and healing all the time. It doesn't have to be that we're overriding our suffering with our joy. It's so we can bring joy into our life as a spiritual tool for moving through the suffering and for offering us inspiration, guidance, direction, opening our hearts to heal more and learn more and feel that guidance every step of the way because we're in that alignment with that joy.

We're in that alignment with that spirit and we're still showing up for our inner world. So that's our message here, my love, is that you're doing everything right and it's still safe to turn inward and there's still some more to heal. There's still some parts of you that need tending to, but that's all of us.

That's all of us, babe.

JULIA: Right. Thank you, sweetheart.

GABBY: You're welcome. You're welcome. Do you have a copy of Happy Days?

JULIA: I don't.

GABBY: We're going to send you one. We're going to send you.
